By becoming a client of Khaos Athletics Academy, you agree to the following terms:

Refund Policy - Khaos Athletics Academy does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our programs have limited availability and are highly sought after. All sales are final.

Vacation/Reschedule Policy - As indicated in the Parent/Player agreement form, the Coach in charge of the session will notify you in advance of any planned absences. Make-up sessions will be scheduled before the Coache’s departure, with flexible options available throughout the week.

Rainout Policy - If field conditions are deemed unsafe due to wetness or significant rain, sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of the Khaos Academy Coaching Staff. Safety checks will be conducted before each session to determine field suitability. Parents do not decide on session cancellations.

Missed Session Policy - Khaos Athletics Academy enforces a zero-tolerance policy for missed sessions. Failure to attend a scheduled session results in forfeiture. Contact the Coaching Staff at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a make-up session within 7 days. Failure to complete the make-up session within this period results in session forfeiture.

Player Conduct Policy - All students must arrive 10-15 minutes early for each session, properly attired in Khaos Athletics Academy Training Gear. Disrespectful behavior or failure to complete assigned work will not be tolerated.

Payment Policy - By committing to our 1, 2, 3, or 6-month agreement, you agree to the terms outlined in the signed contract. Payment options include full payment (with a discount) or monthly installments via our automated system, charging your credit/debit card every 30 days. Failure to update a failed payment within 24 hours prompts account suspension.

Early Contract Termination Policy - To cancel a 1, 2, 3, or 6-month contract early, notify Coach Kamal at khaosathleticsacademy@gmail.com. Early termination incurs a $250 fee, canceling all upcoming payments and sessions.

Training Contract - All sessions within a 1, 2, 3, or 6-month program must be completed within the specified timeframe from the start date. Failure to complete sessions within this timeframe results in session forfeiture. Multiple weekly options are provided for timely completion.

Recurring Monthly Fees - By committing to our 1, 2, 3, or 6-month program, you agree to our recurring 30-day payment plan.

End of Contract & Renewal Policy - To discontinue training after the contract period, notify us at khaosathleticsacademy@gmail.com at least 30 days before the final session. Failure to provide notice continues your participation beyond the contract period, holding your place in the program.

By becoming a customer of Khaos Academy, you agree to the terms outlined on this website. You have signed a contract indicating your thorough review of these terms and conditions and your agreement with them.
