Refund policy

At Khaos Athletics Academy, we operate both our Apparel Store and our Athletic Training Academy. Below you will find the policies that govern purchases, shipping, and returns for all Khaos Athletics Academy products and services.


Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our limited-release merchandise and services, no orders will be accepted for returns, exchanges, or size changes under any circumstance.

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify Khaos Athletics Academy within 5 days of receiving your product. Be sure to include clear, detailed photos of the damage. Any requests submitted after 5 days will not be considered.


Checkout & Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to your address, size, or item selection.
Khaos Athletics Academy is not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.


Pending Charges & Order Confirmations

If you do not receive an email confirmation with an order number, your card has not been charged by Khaos Athletics Academy. Any duplicate attempts at checkout may show as “pending” transactions—these are temporary holds by your bank and will clear according to their policy.

Only orders with an order number and email confirmation are valid and considered "active."


Shipping Policy

Orders may take up to 5 business days to process, pack, and ship. This timeframe is separate from delivery time provided by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped or in transit.

  • If your package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be refunded the item’s cost minus the original shipping fee.


International Orders – Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may be applied based on your country’s regulations. These are not set or collected by Khaos Athletics Academy and must be paid by the customer.

By completing checkout, you agree to accept and pay any duties or additional international fees required upon delivery.

If you refuse to pay duties and reject the package, Khaos Athletics Academy will not issue a refund for your order.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for either apparel purchases or service registrations (e.g., training programs, camps, or events) except in cases of proven product damage reported within the allowed timeframe.

Once an item has shipped or a service is booked, there are no refunds, cancellations, or changes.

Refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase will not be considered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Chargebacks made in violation of this agreement will be voided.
