Shipping policy

Effective Immediately

At Khaos Athletics Academy, we offer both physical products (apparel and gear) and digital or in-person services (training programs, camps, and academy sessions). This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

Shipping for Physical Products

Please allow 7–14 business days for us to process, pack, and ship your product(s). Processing time is separate from shipping time provided by carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please Note:

  • We cannot change shipping addresses once an item has been shipped or is in transit.

  • If your order has no tracking information yet, it is still being processed.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the cost of the item (minus original shipping fees) will be refunded.

Shipping for Services

For services such as training sessions, clinics, tournaments, and digital programs:

  • You will receive a confirmation email after purchase with all necessary details (e.g., location, schedule, contact).

  • These confirmations serve as your "service access," and no physical shipment will be made.

  • Please double-check your contact details at checkout, especially your email address and phone number, to ensure you receive all service-related information.

International Shipping (Physical Products Only)

If you place an international order, your package may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are calculated based on the declared value of the package. These charges are set by your local government and are not controlled by Khaos Athletics Academy.

By completing your order, you agree to pay any applicable duties or fees for your country. In some cases, local carriers may require Collect on Delivery (COD) payments.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Customs Disclosure

All international orders will display the full retail value on the customs declaration, as required by law. Customs agencies may hold or delay delivery at their discretion, which is beyond our control.
