Terms of Service & Participant Waiver

Effective: Sept. 28, 2025

1) Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability (Read Carefully)

By enrolling in or allowing your child to participate in any Khaos Athletics Academy LLC (“Khaos Academy”) activity— including practices, private or group sessions, clinics, or camps—you acknowledge and accept that athletic activities involve inherent risks (e.g., slips, falls, collisions, weather conditions, equipment use, and actions of other participants).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (the parent/guardian) voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or property damage arising out of participation and release, waive, and forever discharge Khaos Athletics Academy LLC, its owners, coaches, staff, contractors, agents, and affiliates (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or liabilities of any kind, including those arising from the negligence of the Released Parties. This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where otherwise prohibited by law.

2) Indemnification / Hold Harmless

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your child’s participation, your breach of these Terms, or your child’s violation of facility rules—to the extent permitted by law.

3) Medical Authorization

In the event of injury or medical emergency, you authorize Khaos Academy staff to seek and obtain appropriate medical care for your child. You are responsible for all related costs. You certify your child is physically fit to participate and that you will disclose any relevant medical conditions to staff before participation.

Program Policies

A) Refund Policy

Khaos Academy does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our programs are limited and highly sought after. All sales are final.

B) Vacation / Reschedule Policy

If a coach has a planned absence, you will be notified in advance. Make-up sessions will be scheduled before the coach’s departure, with flexible options offered during that week.

C) Weather / Rainout Policy

If field conditions are unsafe (e.g., rain, wet surfaces), sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of Khaos Academy Coaching Staff. Parents do not decide session cancellations.

D) Missed Session Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without 24 hours’ notice forfeits that session. You must arrange a make-up within 7 days, or the session is forfeited.

E) Player Conduct & Attire

Players must arrive 10–15 minutes early in proper training gear. Respectful behavior and full engagement are required. Disrespect, unsafe conduct, or refusal to participate may result in removal without refund.

F) Required/Recommended Gear

Bring soccer cleats, water, and (if applicable) gym/indoor shoes. Shinguards are not a requirement for practices. Additional items may be specified by the coach per session.

G) Payment Policy

By enrolling in a 1, 2, 3, or 6-month agreement, you agree to either (i) full upfront payment (discounts may apply) or (ii) automated monthly billing every 30 days. If a payment fails, you must update payment information within 24 hours to avoid account suspension.

H) Early Contract Termination

To cancel early, email khaosathleticsacademy@gmail.com. Early termination requires a $150 cancellation fee and cancels future payments/sessions.

I) Training Contract Window

All sessions must be completed within the stated program timeframe from your start date. Sessions not completed within that window are forfeited.

J) Recurring Monthly Fees

By committing to a 2, 3, or 6-month program, you agree to recurring 30-day billing until your contract is completed or canceled according to these terms.

K) End of Contract & Renewal

To discontinue after your contract period, email us at least 15 days before your final session. Without written notice, enrollment may continue on a recurring basis.

General Terms

1) Facility & Third-Party Rules

Participants must follow all Khaos Academy and facility rules. We may remove any participant for safety or conduct concerns without refund.

2) Photo/Video Consent

Khaos Academy may record sessions for training, safety, and promotional purposes. If you do not consent to promotional use, notify us in writing before participation.

3) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the program occurs. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of that state/county, unless prohibited by law.

4) Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

5) Entire Agreement; Updates

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding participation and may be updated by Khaos Academy at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.
